Space Social SF uses the information you submit to manage RSVPs, reply to partnership inquiries, and send invitations when you ask for them.

What we collect

RSVPs may include your name, email, organization, LinkedIn profile, reason for attending, and optional communication preferences. Partnership inquiries include the contact and company details you provide.

How we use it

We use this information to plan the room, send event details and capacity updates, make thoughtful introductions when you opt in, and answer your inquiry. Aggregate attendance totals are used internally for event planning and are not displayed publicly. We do not sell your information or give attendee contact details to presenting partners without your explicit permission.

Services that help us operate

Formspree processes form submissions. Brevo stores RSVP contact records and delivers confirmations, essential gathering messages, and optional future invitations. Those services process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Anonymous measurement

To understand which invitations and partner links are useful, we record a session-scoped event-page visit. The measurement includes the invitation source, campaign, and first landing path. It does not include your name, email, LinkedIn profile, or a browser fingerprint, and it respects your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from future invitations at any time. If you have an active RSVP, we may still send essential information about that gathering. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email events@spacesocialsf.com.
