A role in the room
A sponsor-backed open tab and a brief introduction during the community welcome around 7 PM. Space Social SF coordinates the gathering and attendee experience.
Lasting recognition
Presenting credit in the homepage archive and coordinated recap materials, so the company that made the evening possible remains part of its story.
Agree the full commitment.
Pricing and suggested bar budgets are discussed privately. We agree the sponsorship scope and bar commitment in writing, including any venue minimums, taxes, service charges, and optional extras, before you commit.
Who it’s for.
A monthly gathering for founders, engineers, operators, researchers, investors, and others working across space. Ask us privately about recent turnout and returning attendees.
Planning your gathering
A few useful details.
How can we promote the gathering together?
We agree announcement copy, partner tags, timing, and a tracked RSVP link you can share through your channels. Joint posts, paid advertising, or additional production are discussed as part of the scope.
What can our company share in the room?
Relevant hiring news, a company update, or an opportunity for the community. Logos, links, printed materials, and giveaways can be discussed in advance. We agree the format and keep the welcome brief so the evening has plenty of time for conversation.
How should we prepare?
- Send your logo and preferred links early, and agree the recognition plan.
- Choose one person for the welcome. Aim for about a minute, then spend the evening meeting people.
- Confirm the bar commitment, arrival details, and any materials in advance. Avoid long decks, hard pitches, and surprise activations.
Can we receive attendee contact details?
We may share an attendee’s name and email only if they explicitly choose emails from your company as a named sponsor of that gathering. This permission is separate from their RSVP and Space Social SF email preferences.
